University Homes South welcomes applications from students from across the globe. More than 50% of our student residents are from outside of the United States and represent numerous countries throughout the World.
We offer an Orientation Program at the beginning of each fall semester that covers practical information to help International Students settle into college life at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Our management team is dedicated to providing support for our International Residents throughout the year.
Reserving an apartment at University Homes is easy. Simply complete the on line information request and return to us. Upon receipt we will send you a formal application (instructions included) to reserve your apartment home. Please email, text or call with any application questions. Our goal is to make the resident approval process as easy as possible and your stay at University Homes South enjoyable from the day of your arrival to the end of your stay.
