University Homes South is within a short walk to campus (1.5 blocks).
Are the apartment homes wired for cable and internet?
Yes. All living rooms and bedrooms have been wired for cable, internet and telephone.
What lease period is offered?
12 month lease is standard. A few 6 month leases are available on select units.
How many people are allowed in each apartment?
Maximum 2 residents for each bedroom.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid online or by check or money order at the management office.
Do the apartments include appliances?
Yes. A full appliance package is provided including a clothes washer & dryer.
Is automobile parking available at your communities?
Yes. We have ample on-site parking for our residents.
Are the apartment bedrooms big enough for a Queen size bed?
Yes. The larger two bedroom floor plans will accommodate a king size bed.
What utilities are paid by the resident?
Electric and Water.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Some restriction apply. Resident is responsible for the waste disposal, welfare and behavior of their pet.
